• I've pledged to the Naked Card Campaign, [nakedcards. co. uk] so all cards and postcards are posted in a paper bag and protective card envelope.
• I now use biodegradable packaging for all new products where it is required. My prints are packaged with care in a biodegradable cello wrapper and responsibly sourced backing card.
• Coasters are also posted in a paper bag.

Any gift wrap requests will be in lovely tissue paper, secured with paper washi tape.

All measurements on my Etsy listings are approximate, so if you need something in a specific size or want to check it will fit your needs, perhaps a specific frame, please get in touch.

I welcome wholesale orders and I'm happy to discuss discounts on bulk orders. I can also create custom designs to reflect your brand or help create something special and exclusive for your customers - please get in touch so we can chat some more.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs import duties dependent on their country's tax regulations. For items for non-EU countries which are being returned for a refund there may be a customs charge made by the UK authorities to import the item back into the UK- I will have to pay this fee but will deduct it from the refund amount due back to the buyer.

All cards are posted inside a paper bag and no unnecessary cellophane wrapping is used.

Cards are sent in a sturdy 'do not bend' envelope, or small cardboard boxes where appropriate for larger orders.

Art prints are always packaged with a piece of cardboard and biodegradable cellophane packet for protection and in a ‘do not bend’ envelope.

All orders are complete with a little Sunshine handwritten thank you notecard. ☀️

I'm happy to gift wrap any order for a small additional charge - please just get in touch or select ‘gift wrapping’ at checkout.

From time of dispatch, UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days and international orders should arrive within 2-6 weeks, although orders do often arrive sooner than this.

Please note, international delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail and is not tracked as standard.

If you have not received your item within 30 days, then please get in touch with me and I'll happily help resolve your order.
